We brought in Rise HR to deliver a series of remote training sessions to help address bullying and harassment in the workplace. This is a difficult issue, particularly after the transition to predominantly WFH environment. Rise HR’s handling and delivery of these sessions was fantastic and they engaged well with staff, leading to lots of suggestions for change and improvement. This has led to a noticeable improvement in relevant scores on the annual staff satisfaction survey – we look forward to working with Rise HR again in the future.
When we had a specific query regarding a new type of employment contract, we reached out to Rise HR who were quick to respond and help us. We received support from Kirsty who speedily reviewed and updated our contracts, giving us confidence that what we had was fit for purpose (and legal!). The cost was extremely reasonable and we will definitely reach out to Rise again.
