It’s a partnership formed in 2009 by two University friends; Kirsty Senior and Georgina Read who both wanted to deliver more effective HR solutions for small businesses where our biggest competitors are the insurance backed helplines who rarely understand the real pain felt when things go wrong in a small business. Like all small businesses we have faced challenges along the way, but we have also been involved with some amazing businesses. We use all that experience in how we advise our customers every day. That is what makes our commercially based approach quite unique in the small business HR world.
