Current Vacancies 

Generalist HR Consultant

Office/Home/client based ideally within Gloucestershire or North Bristol region (28-30) hours across 4-5 days a week, including 2 full days).

Initially 6 months with a view to permanent appointment.

Are you a forward thinking, experienced HR generalist and MCIPD qualified, with a natural flair and enthusiasm for projects too?
Do you think outside of the box and challenge traditional working practices to deliver the best commercial results?

On top of this, are you a self starter, excellent communicator and strong team player with the drive and dedication to consistently exceed our client’s expectations?

If so, then we’d love to hear from you. We believe we deliver HR & Recruitment with a difference, we don’t sit on the fence, we apply our knowledge and practical experience to help our clients get the best from their workforce and gain confidence in making often difficult, but necessary decisions.

In return you’ll be given autonomy to manage your own time, build valuable business relationships with the opportunity learn from some of the best HR consultants in the region. You’ll have a varied customer base, surrounded by a supportive, fun team of HR consultants. We’re looking for the best candidate and therefore can be flexible around the hours needed, although we anticipate that we’ll need no less than 28 hours, and at least 2 full days to ensure you can meet our client needs.
