We brought in Rise HR to deliver a series of remote training sessions to help address bullying and harassment in the workplace. This is a difficult issue, particularly after the transition to predominantly WFH environment. Rise HR’s handling and delivery of these sessions was fantastic and they engaged well with staff, leading to lots of suggestions for change and improvement. This has led to a noticeable improvement in relevant scores on the annual staff satisfaction survey – we look forward to working with Rise HR again in the future.
