Training
Either on site, coaching on the phone or via MS Teams, we run a wide range of courses to help you or your team managers become strong leaders.
Whatever your staff development needs, we’ll help you find the best option, whether that’s training tailored to your needs, an experienced mentor or team building exercise in the middle of the countryside, we’ll explore the best option for your team, at the right cost. We aim to keep all of our training courses affordable for the small business, always delivered by experts.
Our most popular courses include;
- HR Soft Skills for Managers
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Anti-Bullying & Harassment
- Managing staff for the first time
- Carrying out an investigation
- Appraisals
- Sickness absence
- Disciplinary and Grievance
- Recruitment and Selection
We run a number of open courses throughout the year which offer a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people, learning from their challenges. But we also know that taking a full day out isn’t easy so we can deliver training in smaller bite sized chunks just to you or your key staff members, we can also offer online training sessions remotely, via MS Teams.

Mental Health Skills Bootcamp – starting in January 2026!
We are excited to be teaming up with Gloucestershire College to deliver Mental Health Skills Bootcamp training sessions over a 12 week period, part-funded by WECA. The course includes approx. 60 hours of practical education and learning to help improve wellbeing in the workplace and create healthy workplace cultures.
- Do you want your organisation to be recognised as a workplace that prioritises mental health?
- Do you want to improve productivity by helping employees manage their mental wellbeing?
- Do you want to reduce stress and burnout across your teams?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions – this is the course for you.
Unlike a standard Mental Health First Aid course, this programme goes further giving you practical tools to manage real workplace challenges, build resilience, and create lasting change.

We brought in Rise HR to deliver a series of remote training sessions to help address bullying and harassment in the workplace. This is a difficult issue, particularly after the transition to predominantly WFH environment. Rise HR’s handling and delivery of these sessions was fantastic and they engaged well with staff, leading to lots of suggestions for change and improvement. This has led to a noticeable improvement in relevant scores on the annual staff satisfaction survey – we look forward to working with RiseHR again in the future.
