What I bring
I am passionate about improving our workplaces through relationship building, inspiring leadership confidence and a “good to great” coaching.
I bring to Rise HR, 17 years’ experience at a senior, strategic level. I have a wealth of experience in making effective decisions, implementing workforce design and transformation strategies.
I lead people teams, with particular engagement on culture, employee experience and relations developing people strategies. Additionally, I have a significant experience of working with trade unions; leading on directorate-wide and complex consultations.
Fun fact about me
On my second trip to Australia visiting my relatives I jumped out of a plane at 14,000 feet. Unbelievably the calm floating down and seeing for miles was just the best!
