What I bring
I enjoy getting to know the clients and customers I work with, all of whom are unique in their size, sector, culture and challenges, to understand what makes them successful and to help managers navigate the people challenges that come with leading teams.
I’m naturally inquisitive and love asking questions, whether that’s to get to the root of a problem, understand a concern or help a candidate share their strengths in an interview. My aim is always to make HR feel practical, supportive and accessible, especially when situations are unfamiliar or difficult.

My passion for discovering new places has taken me to 67 countries (and counting!), giving me plenty of stories and experiences along the way.
