I enjoy helping our clients and managers to be more competent in HR matters they haven’t experienced before and support them along the way when situations feel a bit uncomfortable. I am adaptable and can flex my style to support my client’s needs.
I love asking questions, whether that’s to understand a problem better, investigate a concern, or get the best out of a candidate at interview. I encourage the managers I work with to be more curious too. I’ve travelled a lot, both independently and with work and have visited more than 50 countries so far with no plans to stop exploring any time soon.
