What I bring
Lara is based in our Gloucestershire region and is a true HR Generalist gaining experience in a variety of roles and industry sectors Lara’s brings with her knowledge on Compensation Philosophy which has been invaluable to clients and in this post pandemic climate.
Managing people effectively can be really challenging and time-consuming. I love using my experience to help our clients come up with pragmatic and commercial solutions to the complex and tricky employment scenarios that they are dealing with.
Fun fact about me
I am animal crackers! My favourite holidays have involved going on safari in South Africa and Namibia. I have been fortunate enough to hold a Koala in Australia and have some close encounters with some Cheetahs in Namibia.
