Lara is based in our Gloucestershire region and is a true HR Generalist, gaining experience in a variety of senior HR roles in sectors including manufacturing and parcel delivery.
Lara is experienced in both operational and strategic HR, with significant experience in successfully resolving employee relations cases and supporting businesses through periods of change. Lara has delivered a wide range of training to our clients to build managerial confidence in tackling employee issues.
Lara is skilled in building relationships with our clients, understanding the challenges or opportunities they face and working with them to identify and implement pragmatic and commercial solutions.
Fun fact about me
I am animal crackers! My favourite holidays have involved going on safari in South Africa and Namibia. I have been fortunate enough to hold a Koala in Australia and have some close encounters with some Cheetahs in Namibia.
