What I bring
Before deciding to start my own business I worked in HR within both the defence and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors. I have worked most HR roles in my time from specialist roles like training and development, or graduate assessment and recruitment, to more generalist roles. Running Rise HR with my co-founder George has been a truly brilliant, sometimes stressful but ultimately rewarding job. I enjoy working with business owners in different sectors and feel my calm, efficient and pragmatic approach is what our clients need.
Top of my bucket list
To climb a mountain… used to be to do Kilimanjaro but think it’s more likely to be Snowdon these days!
When we had a specific query regarding a new type of employment contract, we reached out to RiseHR who were quick to respond and help us. We received support from Kirsty who speedily reviewed and updated our contracts, giving us confidence that what we had was fit for purpose (and legal!).
