What I bring
I’m passionate about the world of small businesses, I grew up in one (it’s in my blood!), so despite spending nearly 10 years in the corporate world, my decision in 2009 to ‘jump ship’ into the scary world of business start-ups was a risk I always wanted to take. I get huge satisfaction from helping business owners get the best from their staff and making tough decisions a little easier. Working with people is unpredictable, no two days are the same. I am always learning and bring to Rise HR a fresh and fair approach to dealing with difficult situations.
I have worked with some inspiring leaders in the healthcare sector and I’ve been fortunate enough to build on this experience over the last 10 plus years working with small and medium size businesses across Gloucestershire and Bristol.

I have found Georgina to be personable, kind and understanding in helping us through some challenging times within our family business with a relatively small workforce. I know that within Agriculture using an HR company is not the norm but I have learnt an enormous amount and put procedures in place that will ultimately protect us and our employees for the future.
